Employee Engagement

We cannot deny the fact that the competition in the job market today is getting tougher and if you don't have much experience, then being hired instantly is barely possible to happen. Not unless that you can showcase yourself effectively and if you managed to impress the interviewer and making him believe that you really have what it takes to be part of their company.
Just in case that you're looking for a job right now, keep in mind that you must take a lot of considerations before submitting your application to a certain company. Make sure that you did your own research and observation and gather all the necessary information about your desired company or better yet ask for some recommendations from your close friends or relatives to give you a much detailed idea. You should also come up with a list of ideal companies so that you have a wide range of options just in case that you failed to make it on your first application. An ideal company is the one that offers all the necessary benefits for their employees and also the one that provides the so-called "Employee Engagement" which aims to value the relationship between the employer and their employees. This is actually an ideal way to motivate all the employees to try all their best to deliver a better and satisfying service. I think all company should come up with such policy or governance to run their business effectively and productively.
