It has been three months when i got hired to this company that I am currently working with. Just like my previous job, it is indeed another call center industry and as a matter of fact I almost got used to it since i have been into different call centers in the past 2 years. Being in this kind of industry has never been new to me. In addition to that stressing graveyard shifts, we also have to face all the irate callers and try to solve their concern. Anyway, right now, I am currently adjusting with my new schedule and I and really grateful enough that they put me and my collegues in a Day Shift for the whole month of December though the stations that were assigned to us wasn't really satisfying than our previous working area. The cubicles here are quite smaller and I can't even put all my things on my desk. We do not have our own stations at the moment since we are just in the probationary stage and we are not regular employees yet. I have no reason to complain but it's just that, it is quite unfair for us to be assigned in such uncomfortable cubicles. For me, it is very important that you are working in a nice environment because that might be a key towards great productivity. How can we perform effectively on our work if we keep on seeing those messy and uncomfortable working place? How can we give our best if we keep on experiencing the worst? 

I think they should renovate the production floor and make it a little wider for each call center agents. At the same time, they should also change the wall paint and make it more livelier.  Honestly, if i can only join the Pimp My Cube Contest , then i will give no hesitation and try my best to create a video showing how messy and crappy our cubicles are. Time is really running so fast and it seems that it was just yesterday when all of us are so excited in welcoming 2011 and now, we are about to bid goodbye and pave way to another year. I don't mind being single for another year since i am planning to focus more on my career. If god will permit me, I want to go to college again and take another field. Nursing actually fascinates me the most and it has been a dream job to me. I really want to consider taking a nursing course or any health care related field however, i became very busy with my work and I don't have much time yet to study and work full time. It is so hard to become a working student. I have been there so I am aware how stressing it would be. This is the reason why i decided to focus more on my work first so that i can earn and save enough money for my education.
