Home Improvement is probably the most stressing task you could ever have in your house. Well, if you want to make your house more appealing, then you have no choice but to bear with all that stress and pressure. Besides, it is also for your own benefit right? You will feel so relieved after all those stressing renovation. This is exactly what we felt after a three months long renovation in our house.
That was a major renovation. We hired some workers, they changed the floor tiles, they construct new rooms and build our terrace. Here are some of the pictures taken last September.

They were constructing the new room here. This room is my new sister's room. I'll show you the results of these renovation later.

Here, they are installing Ceramic tiles. We are previously using Vinyl Tiles but because it fades quickly, we decided to install ceramic tiles instead. Actually my first choice is to replace it with Hardwood Floor since it matches our wooden furniture but my dad insisted to buy Ceramic since he like this Beige Color a lot. This is such a disappointment to me but i have no choice but to bear with it.

They are reconstructing the roof here. We changed the entire roof in preparation of the upcoming winter.

Here, they are constructing our Terrace. As you can see, they are elevating it up. when it's high tide, the water levels goes up and since we are residing near the sea, the water enters our front yard and ruins our landscape. This made us decide to elevate the floor outside.
Anyway, the renovation took 3 consecutive months which means we dealt with 3 months of irritation and stress haha. But we're happy about the outcome so all the sacrifices worth it.

Remember the on going renovation in my Auntie's house? Well, i went to visit her again yesterday and So far, it's doing great. In fact, I failed to recognized the entire house becuase most of the wall were taken out and been demolished. She's planning to extend her house and add one more room for her daughter who will about to get home this year from abroad. Anyway, i took some shots of the renovation to let you see the progress.

Look at the big mess around here. They took the wall dividing these rooms to give more space for their new kitchen. And see those rocks out there? They will build a door there to give way to their new extension.

They are also working now with the tiles. They're tearing off the Vinyl tiles and they are planning to replace it with ceramics. Well sounds like this renovation will be a long process huh.

However i saw some parts which is kinda possible to bring hazard like this open wiring. This should be fixed before any worst thing can happen. This is located near their water supply which makes it more dangerous. They better hire a Plumber to fix this. A Plumber knows how to fix this issue. He has the knowledge on where this wiring should be placed without being affected by the water supply flowing on the pipes. They better hire someone like the Plumber Portland Or has to fix the issue in no time.

I went to my Tita Coring's house yesterday and i was a bit surprised when i found out that she is having a house renovation once again. If i am not mistaken, she had renovated her house early last year that's why it's kinda weird that she is changing almost everything again.

Look at these mess! I just couldn't stand seeing such a big mess like this... I wonder how long will it take for her to clear all these garbages.

They are also renovating their terrace... i'm so excited to see the outcome of this renovation.

(building post)

One of their bedrooms is being demolished.

Even their bathroom.
See the space under the lavatory? they're not putting any tiles yet. Maybe she will be hiring someone like the plumber lake oswego, Oregon has. Piping issues, leakage and other related concerns are such big problems if they are not properly installed so it is better to hire someone who is well trained for such services.

I love their Beige-colored tiles on their living room.

Don't worry guys i will buzz about this renovation going on my Tita Coring's house. I'm sure you are all excited to see the outcome too
That's all for now. Have a great day and happy blogging.

After two months of house renovation, we finally see the outcome of all our sacrifices. We did not move on our Auntie’s house as what my mom suggested and decided to stay in our house despite of the ongoing renovation inside. We wanted to see how the renovation works and how much our how will improve. So far, so good! We are very pleased with the outcome. We never thought that our house can look something better like the one we have right now. We feel like, we joined the famous American reality show entitled “Clean House” and were amazed by it’s surprisingly result. From the Living room, bed room, bathroom and even the exterior part, everything looks perfectly amazing. Actually, my mom is trying to contact our Uncle James who is a certified Interior Designer to help her making our house more appealing. We also bought some magazine about interior designing and check some web sites to help us or to give us some great idea. For me, i would love to have some cool wooden furniture in our “sala” (a Filipino term for Living Room). It was said that wooden furniture is long lasting and provide relaxing ambiance to the house. It would also be great to place wooden Venetian blinds to match perfectly with the furniture. Anyway, I know that Interior designing is not that easy and will take a long time preparation and we also need an expert like my Uncle James to help us out in planning the designs. I will just update you about this. Have a great day guys and happy blogging!
