It has been three months when i got hired to this company that I am currently working with. Just like my previous job, it is indeed another call center industry and as a matter of fact I almost got used to it since i have been into different call centers in the past 2 years. Being in this kind of industry has never been new to me. It is quite stressing knowing that most of our shifts are in graveyard but we have to bear with it since most of our clients are from abroad and we have to serve and assist them no matter what. In addition to that stressing graveyard shifts, we also have to face all the irate callers and try to solve their concern. Unfortunately, i was assigned in the technical department which is way far more difficult than customer service support.

Anyway, right now, I am currently adjusting with my new schedule and I and really grateful enough that they put me and my collegues in a Day Shift for the whole month of December though the stations that were assigned to us wasn't really satisfying than our previous working area. The cubicles here are quite smaller and I can't even put all my things on my desk. We do not have our own stations at the moment since we are just in the probationary stage and we are not regular employees yet. I have no reason to complain but it's just that, it is quite unfair for us to be assigned in such uncomfortable cubicles. For me, it is very important that you are working in a nice environment because that might be a key towards great productivity. How can we perform effectively on our work if we keep on seeing those messy and uncomfortable working place? How can we give our best if we keep on experiencing the worst? 

I think they should renovate the production floor and make it a little wider for each call center agents. At the same time, they should also change the wall paint and make it more livelier.  Honestly, if i can only join the Pimp My Cube Contest , then i will give no hesitation and try my best to create a video showing how messy and crappy our cubicles are. Time is really running so fast and it seems that it was just yesterday when all of us are so excited in welcoming 2011 and now, we are about to bid goodbye and pave way to another year. I don't mind being single for another year since i am planning to focus more on my career. If god will permit me, I want to go to college again and take another field. Nursing actually fascinates me the most and it has been a dream job to me. I really want to consider taking a nursing course or any health care related field however, i became very busy with my work and I don't have much time yet to study and work full time. It is so hard to become a working student. I have been there so I am aware how stressing it would be. This is the reason why i decided to focus more on my work first so that i can earn and save enough money for my education. But of course, we have to keep in mind that it is not just about how expensive the tuition fee is or how elegant their facilities are but the quality of the education that a school provide like what the nursing school san jose in California provides. My mom and I decided to have a general cleaning in the house and I found this old toy in our stock room. Wow, i was pretty amazed how did my mom managed to keep such toy for a very long time. As far as I can remember this is one of the toys I got from my Ninong Denny during my 7th birthday. I also have some pictures holding this toy so I am really aware about the exact day when did I received this gift hehe. It made me realized that aside from photos, toys can capture and save memories as well. It feel like I was celebrating my 7th birthday again after seeing this toy.
However, as you can see, the toy is not in the good condition anymore but I feel like I don't wanna throw them away since it is very memorable for me. I have to salute my mom for keeping these toys for almost two decades. Even though I lost Elmo and Ernie, I still have Big Bird with me LOL.
It was not my favorite toy actually because when I was a kid, I am more into robot and toy soldiers and my mom used to buy me a set because I will definitely cry the whole day when I didn't get any of those (tsk tsk tsk What a naughty boy I am).
But of course, things have changed after getting into high school but my fascination with toys is still there hahaha.
Believe it or not, i am still into it and as a matter of fact, i am saving my money now because I am targeting to buy that rc helicopter that i saw online last night. I just love the details and i love the features of that helicopter which tempting me to buy it. (waaah help me LOL). I just can't help but to love it and I'm sure toy lovers out there will feel the same way hehehe.

Nursing is pretty is demand course nowadays and I am not wondering why most of classmates in high school took that course after our graduation. And now, they are licensed nurses and some of them are working abroad. Good for them right?
My younger sister approached me before and she told me that she wanted to become a nurse too. She's currently in second year high school and two years from now, she has to take her course for college and get the profession that she wants. I don't mind any course she will take as long as is comfortable with it. If she wanted to become a nurse and my full support is for her. I will be guiding her all through out.
Of course, I would consider taking her to a nice school. how I wish i could find some good schools here in my country like those medical school san jose in California that offers high quality education and guaranteeing their students of a good career after their graduation.
Time is running so fast and I'm sure 2 years is not long enough to wait. I have to prepare myself to it in order to support my sister's education. Wish me luck and I know God is always with me to guide me as well.

Which do you prefer, working under an employer, serving your supervisor, dealing with irate clients and bearing all the stressing procedures at work OR handling and managing your open business, supervising your own employees, and running a business without following any orders from someone who's higher than you? Though creating or handling your own business is not that easy and it has many consequences too. It is a Win or Lose strategy at the beginning. This will measure how far your business can go but if it turns out successfully, it doesn't mean you will just sit down and relax. Time is running so fast and people might change so as their interest so you really have to establish a good business manajemen / management. I am not necessarily saying that it's not an ideal one but it's just that, I am considering the quality and durability than anything else. I may have a limited budget but I will definitely save my money just to make use of those high quality materials like Marble or granite most especially for my countertop. Well, I started off with 2 classic Stephen King movies, Misery and The Shinning. Both of them are simply amazing and very incomparable to those nonsense gory movies today. Third is a very uplifting film from Robin Williams which is no other than "The Bicentennial Man". It has a very unique story line and something that you could never imagine to happen. It takes place to different timeline which is pretty rare for some movies. Following another Robin Williams film is a 2006 movie entitled "RV" . It's a family and a very wholesome movie which pays tribute to our dads. My beloved Kristin Chenoweth played a pivot role for this film too.
The fifth one is truly a classic film starring Julie Andrews. Needless to say, there are few very notable movies starring Julie but what makes here more popular is when she portrayed the role of Maria in the well respected "Sound of Music". Oh God, this is truly a classic film and it gives me goosebumps watching such a brilliant movie. Lastly is a film from my most favorite country singer of all time, Dolly Parton. She did an amazing role in "9 to 5". It's a comedy film about 3 secretaries facing issues with their boss. It's a must watch film that will make you laugh.
Anyway, I'm planning to go for another movie marathon next week and I will buzz you about them again. It's true that I can watch my favorite movies online however, i can only do that whenever I'm home since my laptop is not working and my company doesn't allowed me to bring such device.
I can bring my phone but unlike those big time phones that my colleagues have, mine don't have enough memory to store huge files. I'm afraid my memory card can't support larger files like those downloadable movies online. It's possible of course but I need to have 32GB memory card for more storage. Sigh!I wonder how much a 32 GB memory costs. Any idea guys?

Extreme sports are quite in demand today and if you are an athletic type of person, then I’m sure you are also up to it. Obviously, the main reason why most people are involving themselves in such kind of sports is the thrill and the excitement that it offers which no other typical sports can provide. The level of intensity here is simply incomparable and I’m not wondering why most people especially those thrill seeking ones are really into such sports. Unfortunately, I am not an athletic type of guy so I’m not really suit for this kind of adrenaline packed activities but I’m going to list down some of those extreme sports that I wish I could try one day.

You have to keep in mind that your life can be at risk so you have to protect yourself from any harm simply by wearing protective sport gears. I was really upset yesterday because my lappie is not working. This is my third time to bring this laptop to a technician for a repair. It was such a very stressing day yesterday. I had couple of issues to face and you guys don't have any idea how stressing they were. Well, let's start with my phone. I’m probably the most clumsiest and the most careless guy around here. You know why? Oh well, i accidentally drop the phone in water AGAIN!!
